PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, THAT THE board of Trustees of the Village of Parish will hold a Public Meeting on Thursday, September 1st, 2022 at 7pm at the Village Hall in the Village of Parish, New York. If you would like to show interest or gather information prior to the meeting, please contact the Village Clerk via phone: (315)625-4592 or email: villageclerk@parish-ny.us

THE PURPOSE of the meeting is to form a Public Committee to discuss the Village Water Project.

Legal notice – requesting bids for village hall entry door refurbishment or replacement

LEGAL NOTICE

The Village of Parish, New York will be accepting Bids for refurbishing or replacing the entry door at the Village Hall at 2938 East Main Street, Parish. Anyone interested in submitting a Bid please contact Tasia Engst, Village Clerk via phone: 625-4592 or email: villageclerk@parish-ny.us

All bids must be submitted no later than September 15, 2022.

Legal notice — village soliciting bids for installation of an EV charging station

LEGAL NOTICE

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Village of Parish is soliciting for bids for the installation of an EV Charging Station. The Village has received a Clean Energy Community NYSERDA Grant, a fund of $5,000.00. This grant will be applied toward the project.

The Village is soliciting for quotes for a charging station which would be located within the Village Parking Lot. The parking lot is located adjacent to DeGarmo’s Way. The Village deadline to get the project started is August 4^th, 2022. Please submit your quote prior to that date. Please clearly mark your bids and quotes should be clearly marked “Sealed Bids”

Please submit the bids to the Village of Parish by mail at PO Box 308, Parish, NY 13131. The Village of Parish reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
