Census deadline nears

The 2020 Census count end this next Wednesday, September 30. Your response is important to make sure Parish is represented fairly. It has been estimated that we will lose around $21,000 over the next decade for every person not counted. At our current response rate we stand to lose hundreds of millions in vital support over the next 10 years. Health care, child care, food and nutrition programs, school aid, housing programs, community development funds, police and fire funding, money for water, sewers, broadband and much more is all at risk.

The easiest process is by phone and most everyone has one.
